April 04 Become an ISSA executiveHey everyone, Its almost the end of the 2005-2006 school year and we're looking for devoted soccer-crazy students to keep the ISSA running for many more years to come. WHY should i bother becoming an ISSA executive in the 2006-2007 school year? Its FUN. You get to meet a lot of students. You can build business contacts through sponsorship events. You gain hands-on experience in creating events for the members. This will build your communication, organization, management and strategic-thinking skills. As a 2nd year run club, YOU WILL FINALLY HAVE A BUDGET!! Money will be given to you from the CSU! All our present executives had to put in money from their own pockets to create ISSA. All you have to do next year is request money from the CSU! You lucky people. You help raise money for fund-raising organizations. and best of all...YOU DO STUFF RELATING TO FOOTBALL! (soccer..whatever you wanna call it) Wouldn't being an ISSA executive take too much of my studying time?Or even my leisure time? ISSA is a TEAM effort, so when one person is busy, you have another person there to help cover you. We allows put school work in front of ISSA stuff. Always. As for the social time.....ISSA IS LEISURE in itself!!! Its fun!! Try it out!!! So what kind of positions are available?
